If your Roundcube is setup as flagged for deletion instead of moving the email to the Trash folder, you should see still see the deleted email in the folder being greyed out with an icon to indicate that it is deleted.
To undelete the email, you only need to click on the icon. The email will return to its normal colour and the icon will be removed.
